We are Looking for an Amazing Solutions Specialist!

Modern Yoga Teacher runs a 5-month marketing and business coaching program for yoga teachers to help them grow their tribes, change the lives of their students, and exponentially grow their yoga business.

We are looking for a Solutions Specialist!

You can work anywhere in the world as our entire team is virtual.


Salaries are negotiated based on experience. You will be paid as an independent contractor and responsible for your taxes in your country of residency.

Work Hours:

Ideally 10-15hours/week

Some of the Specific Role Functions

Customer Service

Provides information to clients by verifying understanding of requests, answering questions, and offering assistance via email, live chat, or phone.
Negotiate, mediate and solve effectively the regulatory matters to achieve the customers’ satisfaction.

General Responsibilities

Investigate, assess and professionally resolve clients’ issues.
Provide feedback and contribute conversations with coaches and managers to help perform, coordinate and improve our program, work and team.
Live out the Modern Yoga Teacher core values and take ownership for helping clients, the team, and the company succeeds.

Program Improvements

Ensuring controls for the high-risk customers are implemented effectively.
Bring back insights from clients on gaps or improvements that we can make.
Assists in creating and updating core materials in the program in areas that apply to his/her role when needed.
