An ideal social media manager is someone who is passionate about this mission and understands his/her contribution to it. He/she is a true professional, motivated, and creative in developing a social media strategy to improve our marketing and sales efforts.
In addition to that, the ideal candidate is a STANDARD-SETTER! He/She set objectives to implement new features to develop brand awareness, up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends and able to handle social media presence ensuring high levels of engagement.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Being creative and developing innovative, risk-taking social campaigns that are exciting and buzz-worthy.
Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Oversee, plan and manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Youtube adapting content to suit different channels.
Shake up tactics to adapt to new trends, incorporate business changes, or bounce back from subpar results.
Constantly update feeds, engage in communities and stay up-to-date on trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Create regular and meaningful content for all social media channels to boost customer engagement and inspire the target audience to take action.
Suggest new features to develop programs to promote brand awareness.
Participate in calls with the CEO including other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
Collaborate and communicate with copywriters, designers, industry professionals, and influencers to ensure our content is engaging and informative.
Providing feedback and contributing to conversations with team members necessary to perform, coordinate and improve content tasks.
Assisting in developing or updating core material in the training program in areas that apply to him/her when needed.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Understand their current business and opportunities so you can help them set their top goals and teach them the right strategy to achieve their targets.
Salaries are negotiated based on experience.
Must be available at least 15 hours weekly
