We are Looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist!

The Role
You will analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement. We are a KPI’s driven company.
Oversee the creation and implementation of new initiatives based on business needs.
Compile and present reports during weekly management meetings.
Implement new processes to improve marketing department efficiency and agility, especially with client relations.
Support media professionals in determining physical and out-of-home marketing strategies
Maintain adaptability and implement changes quickly and efficiently.
Oversee the development and implementation of social media initiatives.
Location:
You can work anywhere in the world as our entire team is virtual.
Salary:
Salaries are negotiated based on experience.
Work Hours:
The contractor must be available at least 10 hours per week but optimally 30 hours
General Responsibilities
Markets products by managing staff, researching, and developing marketing plans, maintaining response operations, and maintaining quality ratings.
Oversees brand data and analytics and emerging market trends to strategize ways to increase market share.
Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies and programs to increase customer interest and demand for products and services.
Shake up tactics to adapt to new trends, incorporate business changes, or bounce back from subpar results.


CRM Manager
Responsible for business and functional analysis, project management and risk analysis.
Develop and maintain custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflow.
Maintain the functional areas of data management, accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Cases, etc.
Manage data migration and data cleansing from existing applications and spreadsheets into new CRM applications.
Create, execute and maintain automated customer communications at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM, marketing, and Sales / Service operations
Assist in the design & implementation of APIs and web-based interfaces.
Lead release and deployment processes for assigned projects.
