Modern Yoga Teacher runs a 5-month marketing and business coaching program for yoga teachers to help them grow their tribes, change the lives of their students, and exponentially grow their yoga business.

Are you adept at these responsibilities:

Creating job post templates and application forms

Sourcing candidates (headhunting) from online platforms

Creating and overseeing new employee recruitment

Interviewing job candidates, filtering applications, and sharing their evaluations with other managers

Onboarding new employees

Creating and managing any necessary employee training

Managing and reviewing contracts

Forecasting our hiring needs

Review job scorecards and report to the direct manager with a summary

Consulting with other leaders on human resource issues

Developing and enforcing policies and procedures

Ensuring an organization adheres to all laws and regulations

Making recommendations to better utilize team members

Developing initiatives to improve employee job satisfaction

Essential Responsibilities:

Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process

Onboarding new staff and contractors to the company

Developing adequate induction and training

Supporting employee opportunities for professional development

Assisting with the performance management and review process

Salary:

Salaries are negotiated based on experience.

Work Hours:

This is an ongoing opportunity with a minimum of 5 hours per week.
