Modern Yoga Teacher runs a 5-month marketing and business coaching program for yoga teachers to help them grow their tribes, change the lives of their students, and exponentially grow their yoga business.

We are Looking for an Executive Assistant!

The Role

You are an ideal Executive Assistant if you are considered as a gatekeeper that represents their executive in a professional and positive light.

You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills that understand their executive working style and expectations.

You are resourceful and adaptable! Knowing when to take action and being able to juggle multiple tasks at once.

You are tech-savvy! There is no answering phone here, but there are a lot of other tasks involved. So you have a strong handle on technology who is proficient in Task management software (preferably, Excel, Powerpoint, and GDrive.

We are looking for YOU if you maintain a balance between professional, familial, and social obligations to make their executive successful.


You can work anywhere in the world as our entire team is virtual.


Salaries are negotiated based on experience.

Work Hours:

Minimum of 30 hours per week

Some of the Specific Role Functions

Client Management

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Will need to work the same hours as the owner (typically 9am-8pm MDT (GMT -7), can vary slightly but you must keep similar hours. 

General Responsibilities

Provides a “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, creating a win-win situation for direct access to the executive’s time and office.
Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications.
Completes a broad range of tasks for the executive including managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, arranging complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas.
Communicate and work effectively with the executive to ensure keeping him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Acts as the first point of contact for internal and external queries and requests to the Executive.
Successfully completes critical tasks of deliverables with a hands-on approach to help the Executive effectively lead the company.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies, and establishing personal networks.

Program Improvements

Perform other job-related duties as requested or assigned by the Executive.
Work closely with the Program Officers and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manages a variety of special projects for the Executive, some of which may have a company impact.
Assisting in developing or updating core material in the organization in areas that apply to his/her when needed.
